Why I'm not able to clone the form?

I have followed the instructions to clone this form from one of my accounts to another account but it is not working.

The URL is https://www.jotform.com/tsra/SWRnp

It keeps responding "Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular"

Looks like the link is not good, I checked your account and I assume you're referring to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/71796078284167
