Why was my account suspended without notice?

    My account was suspended, i cannot login.

    Hello Alden,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account is suspended due to the collection of credit card numbers in plain text fields in NasTravels Form which is against our Terms of Use. Here's a screenshot of what I am referring to:

    Please use one of our payment processors if you need to collect payments from your users. You may also capture the card details and charge the user at a later date. Here's a guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization.

    We need to remove the offending fields to reactivate your account. Let us know if you agree and wish to proceed.

    This form was fake. I used plain text fields saying "Do not put your real card info". This form had no plans to be used. Please unsuspend my account.

    Just remove all of my forms (and permanently delete them). All of my forms are fake on JotForm. Please reactivate it

    I met "reactivate my account" on "reactivate it"
