Unable to See Welcome Page

It is not at the top of the survey like usual. Only the create logo button is there.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, your form is in Classic Layout. Please note that the welcome page is only a feature of Card forms. It's easy to switch the form layout. Let me show you how:

• Open your form in Form Builder, and on the right side of the page, click on the Paint Roller icon to open Form Designer.
• In the menu on the right side of the page, click on Layout.
• Now, you can select Card Layout to have all questions on separate pages.
