    I have set it up and has been working well, but now i see i have 800+ forms but only 600 are linking over.

    dose mail chimp have a limit?

    Mailchimp should could hold up to 2000+ subscribers if you are in FREE plan. Did you recently edited your form ? The integration may have broken if yes.

    Try re-integrating it again and see if updates.
