After some of my orders came through, I found out that Stripe was not live & connected yet. I wonder where the money would have gone? Thanks,

Please note that if Stripe payment tool is not connected, you will not be able to add any product in the payment tool. If the user submits form, no payment will be processed.
I did check your last edited form and found that your Stripe payment tool is not a required field. As per the submissions you have received in form, it seems users have not selected product or added credit card details and submitted form.
