Is it possible to set conditional email notifications?

Is it possible to set conditional email notifications? For example, if Field A=Yes, send to recipient X. If Field A=No, send to recipient Y.

Yes, it is possible to send email notifications based on conditions. We do have a Change E-mail Recipient option on our condition feature.
