I tried creating a new form but it says I have reached my limit

It says I've reached my user limit. So do I need to upgrade my account? I dont have any forms.

Can you try again? I checked your account, and you only have one form. I tried creating a form, and was able to get the popup options;
Please let us know if the issue persists.
Please make sure to create the form under your account, not within Dawnly88 which you are added to as a sub-user account.

I forgot to answer your question about upgrading. The answer is yes. You will need to upgrade your account if you need more than 5 forms.
If you are referring to the Dawnly88 account, this account has also reached its limit. To create new forms, the account needs to be upgraded to the Bronze plan. The bronze plan allows you to create up to 25 forms.
