I need to know the width and how tall this form is suppose to be so it will work... I was told in a tutorial you guys sent me that it needs to be changed in order to view it properly

The Iframe code that you generate will calculate the width and the height of your form. So you don't need to change anything. But if you want to change them, you can just modify the height parameter on the code:
