Will it still work if I rearrange the columns on the Google sheet?
Or if I hide any columns?

According to my research, rearranging or hiding columns doesn't affect app's working.

I just tested it with my forms by hiding a column, it worked well.

You can test it with your test form by yourself. If you encounter any problems, let us know.
