Payment fields are not appearing when the form is embedded on Duda website

Are jotforms with a payment integration (Stripe or Square) embeddable in a DUDA website?

BACKGROUND: When loaded the DUDA platform HTML code into my DUDA site, only the header and separate image appeared. The parts with the items and payment info were missing.

    Thanks,

    Mel

    Hi Mel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, forms can be embedded on most websites. However, depending on your website provider and their security settings, some features may be restricted. We can look into this further once you share with us your website address, where the form is embedded.

In the meantime, consider trying a different embed method such as the iFrame code. Let me show you where to find that:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab and on the Embed section.
    • Next, select iFrame code, Copy its code and use it on your website.

Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.

Raymond -- Well, I got it to work but had very strange initial experiences.
    1. I tried the Iframe method. Same results. Only first half of form
    appeared.
    2. Then I went back and tried 3rd party platforms again. Also didn't work.
    3. Then when I clicked on the widget, which opens the edit window, I
noticed that only 8 lines of code were present--half the lines were
    missing.
4.This happened every time I tried to initially copy the HTML code, no
matter whether I used Iframe or 3rd Party Platform (DUDA). Seems that only
half the code updated the first time.
    4. I copied over the full code (which runs 15-18 lines) and 'updated'. It
worked, and I was able to fill out and test the form.
    5. [Also realized that the form itself should be redesigned for use on a
    web page rather than stand-alone.]
    Best,
    Mel
