Can I generate QR codes from Jotform with these parameters?

This is great, can I generate QR codes from jotform with these parameters refilled out, or do i need to do that outside of jotform?

Yes, you should be able to generate a QR code using the prepopulated URL. First, create the prepopulated URL using this guide.

After that, you can use this website to generate a QR code: https://www.qr-code-generator.com/.
