Not receiving the reset password email.

    Hi I can't tell if I have an account or not. I had a kid create my website years ago and I know he used jotform on my site in the past. I am creating a new website and thought of using jotform again. I entered my email address for "forgot password" because while trying to create a new account I was told I could not use my email address, so I thought it was in use. Needless to say, I never received an email to reset my password. Can you help?

    Upon checking your email, it shows that it registered under "blakesofa" account. If you forgot your password, kindly go to and click on Login > Forgot password?


    Please try resetting your password again and let us know if you are still not receiving an email. Looking forward for your response.
