After integrating with Dropbox, it seems the files are stored in Jotfor

chihealthAsked on April 12, 2018 at 12:46 PMAfter integrating with Dropbox, it seems the files are stored in Jotform AND Dropbox, so they count against my Jotform storage. How do I make it so the uploaded files ONLY go to Dropbox?

DavidAnswered on April 12, 2018 at 01:43 PMJotform SupportFile uploads are first sent to Jotform and then to integrated platforms. We do have an app that will delete submissions immediately after they are received:
https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions
Keep in mind this does remove the submission data as well. The only copy remaining would be the PDF forwarded to Dropbox.
