How do I integrate email transfer, do not like PayPal

It is not possible to send payments through email alone. You will need to make use of a payment service like Paypal, Authorize.net, Stripe, etc. 

But if what you intend is to receive payments offline and that an order to be submitted merely through email without any payment process, you may do so by replacing your Paypal payment field with Purchase order field. To do this:

1) Edit your form and select the Paypal field, then delete it.

2) Open your Payment fields list and select Purchase order

3) Select and drag the field to your preferred area of your form
