I've selected "forgot password" and it says reset instructions have been sent, but it's been several minutes. I need to quickly reset the password for my coworkers before I leave town, are the emails automatic? I'm worried they won't have access while I'm away because the email is taking so long.

I have checked your mail logs, and indeed the reset instruction has been sent to your associated email address.
Please confirm if you have successfully changed your email address?
