Jotform App keep crashing on an iPadOS.

    Hello Jotform,

    My JotForm App on iPadOS keep crashing when I try to open it. I have deleted and reinstalled buyt still same issue. My software version is iPadOS 15.5 and the JotForm app is version 2.9.52.

    Hello gsway,

    Thanks for patiently waiting while I look into this. Unfortunately, I don't have the exact device to try and replicate the issue. I tried to open the Jotform App using my Tablet with the Jotform App version 2.9.51, and it worked out perfectly. Please see the screenshot below for the result:

    Please try to restart your device, un-install the Jotform App, and then re-install it back. If you run into the same issue, please send us a Loom video so we can investigate further and do some more testing to see what's going on.
