I want to send an email from MailChimp and prepopulate the jotform fields. However, I want them to go to an embedded version of the form (on my website) rather than the jotform site. Is this possible?

Are you seeking to prepopulate a form by the data of the email you sent?

If the email you are sending is invitation kind of email, passing the data of that email to a Jotform may be possible by using the merge tags of MailChimp. You need to do prepopulate the URL with the merge tags of that email.

You can use PrePopulate app of Jotform to generate prepopulated form URLs.

    https://prepopulate.jotform.io/

Prepopulating embedded version of a form is possible, but the form should not be embedded in iFrame method otherwise prepopulation will not work. You need to get URL of the prepopulated form by the PrePopulate app, or manually. After that you have to embed that URL to your website in default embed method.

Hope it helps! Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
