Conditions not working properly on form field

Logic set for when "client type" is filled (it is auto filled), then will populate field 20 " Producer Name". Was working but when I added a new option to field 5 "Producer Name" of "Jason Cox", it no longer populates field 20. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that you haven't added Jason Cox as an Option in Dropdown Properties. Let me show you how to fix it:

• Open your form in Form Builder, scroll down and click on Producer Name.
• Click on the Gear icon, under the Producer Name, and click on Option tab in the menu that opens on the right side of the page.  
• Now, add Jason Cox under Options.
