Account Suspended: Collecting Credit card info

    I'm trying to figure out why my account was suspended...im a travel agent but I don't ask for the credit card information through the form

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thanks for waiting patiently. Your account was suspended as you were collecting credit card details with one of your forms, which is against Jotform Terms of Use. We have gone ahead and deleted the offending fields and reinstated your account. If you want to collect payments using Jotform, you can choose from our available payment integrations.
