Smart PDF: It just keeps loading when importing PDF

    PDF Builder is not working. I opened new project imported a PDF and it just keeps saying it is loading so it never gives me the option to see PDF and make connections. I also pulled up existing PDF and it is doing the same thing. Please fix Thank you

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you're having difficulties with this. I tried importing a PDF, but I couldn't replicate the issue. It also took a little longer to load, but still, I was able to import the document. Check out my screencast below:
