Email: Attachment in autoresponder not attaching

    Hi - my autoresponder email on a form is not going with an attachment. Everything seems to be in place but it's not arriving with the doc attached. Can you help? I've tried it with "default document" checked and unchecked. Nothing is working and I don't know why! Thanks!

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I've checked the form you provided and you have an incorrect autoresponder email recipient. Please keep in mind that you need to select an Email field. The email address submitted to the form will receive the attachment file. To test this further, please submit a submission to the form manually.

    In the Autoresponder email page, go to the Recipients tab. Update the Recipient Email and click the Save button.
