Getting notification about HIPAA.

    we are not HIPPA covered entity.

    Hi Gehad,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I can help you with the solution. If you are not a HIPAA-covered entity, please follow the steps below:

    1. In My Forms page, click your Avatar on the upper right corner of the page.
    2. Now, in the dropdown, click on Settings.

    4. Finally, select NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity in the modal.HIPAA: I am getting messages that I need to upgrade my plan Image 2 Screenshot 41 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 31 Screenshot 31 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21

    If you do not see the modal, please log out of your Jotform account and log back in. Once you're logged in, you will see the pop-up modal. Just click on "NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity". Keep in mind that this process may take up to 30 minutes to reactivate the forms.

    I logged out and went back in and i still am not prompted with the message to say No.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry to hear that. Can you try logging out from your account, then clear your browser's cache, then log back in? You can also try logging into a different device or browser.
