Great day! I am receiving some of my form notifications by email after the form is completed but not all of them. The form I am not receiving is https://form.jotform.com/230476870494162
Can you assist?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As I have checked the notification email of this form 230476870494162 is sent to exquisitetrips4u@gmail.com. I have checked the email logs and it shows that the notifications are being sent. Can you check your Spam or Junk Folder? If it’s there, mark it as Not Spam so that it will not be flagged as spam in the future. Since you’re using Gmail, creating filters would help you prevent this from happening again. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Gmail account and select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- In Quick Settings, select See all settings.
- On the next page, go to Filters and Blocked Addresses at the top, then select Create a new filter.
- Enter noreply@jotform.com in the From field, then select Create filter at the bottom.
- Turn on Never Send it to Spam and Also apply a filter to matching conversations. Select Create filter at the bottom to complete the setup.
You can also apply a specific label to the filtered emails. See how to label emails in Gmail to learn more. Once configured, the filter should send all emails from noreply@jotform.com to your Inbox and never to your Spam folder. Adding noreply@jotform.com to your Contact can also help. For better results, create the same setup for the noreply@formresponse.com email address.
