Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Total Submission Storage refer to the number of submissions you can keep in your account. So for example, in January you have received 100 submissions, in February you have received 50 submissions, your Total Submission Storage will display as 150 (January 100 + February 50) submissions.

When you exceed the allowed limit of your Total Submission Storage, the oldest submissions will be deleted to make space for the new submissions. You can free your Submission Storage by deleting your submissions.
