Form Not Found

I included a link to our survey in a MailChimp email and when I click on the button, I am redirected to the survey. However, I sent a test email to my colleague and when she clicks the button, she is redirected to a Jotform page asking her to sign into an account instead of redirecting to the survey.

I returned to the survey in Jotform and now I cannot see it when I click "Preview Form" or when I copy the link and try to open it in a new tab. It just tells me that the form cannot be found.

    Hi LaraRoenitz,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You are seeing the "Form not found" error because the form is deleted. I see that the form is still stored in the Trash folder since it was deleted within the last 30 days. So, you will still be able to restore it. Let me show you how to restore a deleted form:

    1. On the My Forms page, click on the Trash folder on the lower left.
    2. Hover your mouse on the deleted form and click Restore.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
