Sign Document>Inbox: Create a new tab for the filtered data

    Hello, I created a Jotform sign doc. As I review submissions in the inbox, how can I create different folders to better organize the submission according to a particular activity?

    YOu can see I have 30 submissions. But this one doc applies to 5 different activities. So, I would like to move the completed docs into specific folders or categories accordingly.

    Hi Ally,

    Thank you for sharing this concern to us. You can organize your Sign Inbox by using the tabs. From what I see on your screenshot, it seems you already have a customized tabs. This is helpful especially for organizing large amount of submissions. I understood you wanted to know how to create a new tab? If so, let me guide you how you can do it:

    1. In your Jotform Inbox, click on the Filter next to the search bar.

    2. Select your desired filter or category in the pop up screen. Once done, click on Apply Now.

    3. Next, select Create New Tab on the upper-right of the page.

    4. Rename your new tab and click on the Create Tab.

    5. You should now see the custom filter you selected earlier in the new tab.

    Hello, thank you for the quick reply. I was able to follow your process guide for my Forms inbox but my Sign inbox looks different. I can create a filter however, it does not give me an option to create a new tab based on that filter. Thank you, Ally

    Hi Ally,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the Sign Document inbox doesn't have an option to create a new tab for the filtered data. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
