Account: Upgraded the wrong account.

    I paid for your plan using another account,can I cancel it

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. If you've upgraded the wrong account, we can transfer the subscription from the wrong account to the correct one. To do this, you will need to log in to the incorrectly upgraded account, and then Create a New Thread requesting the subscription to be transferred.

    Please do not forget to provide the email address associated with the account where you want to transfer the subscription.

    I have cancel the payment and I just pay for plan for this account again

    Hi officialjp,

    Thanks for getting back to us. The option that you selected also works. Remember that until the conclusion of the term, you will still be able to access the subscription for which you paid using the incorrect account. The term will not renew after it expires.
