How do I correctly connect my venmo as payment?

    I have create the venmo information I need in order to accept payments, however when it is brought to my venmo account to pay it says "something went wrong" and says to return to merchant. why is this?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it appears that Venmo is already integrated into your form. Venmo can only be integrated into other platforms through PayPal and Braintree. Jotform's PayPal Business integration lets customers use a number of different payment methods, including Venmo in the United States. 

    For detailed information about PayPal Business, please check out our guide here. With a PayPal Business account, you can add PayPal Business integration to your form and offer Venmo as a payment option within PayPal.
