the page we have the link on is a sharepoint portal & it does not support IFRAME code. just the ulr which was working up till a few days ago. other forms we have posted are having the same issue.

If you were using links to the form and loading from the links directly, there should be no issues with the forms themselves.  If for some reason sharepoint is no longer allowing links or something of that nature, you might want to contact their support for assistance.  If the issue is something on our end, let us know the URL of your page and we can take a look.
