What message comes up on sending duplicates for unique submissions setup?

Can you tell me what message comes up when they do submit a duplicate submission under "cookies only"? What happens?

The message received will be in this format: 

"Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."

This will show when the user clicks submit on the form and is using the same browser. i.e. where the cookies are saved.
