I just want them to be able to edit their content they put into the form. Not the form itself.

Hello,

As far as I understand, you want to allow users to format their input on your form. If this is correct, I can suggest to use a Long Text Entry field. There is an option to enable Rich Text option. Please refer to the screenshot below:

If you did mean something different, please let us know and we will check for other possible options.
