I got your latest message with instructions on how to reset my password. I have done this several times now. The first several times I did it nothing happened and then I started getting emails to reset the password with links that would not work because they said they were expired.

This usually means you clicked the link after it expired. The email is sent out instantly and if you are using a mail client I recommend you refresh it immediately after inputting the email for password reset so you can click the link.

The link is set to expire for security reasons.
