Mail Condition: approve/deny send specific email for each case

    I was able to complete all the listed steps. but when the approver goes in and changes the status to approved or declined, it does not initiate the email notifications.

    In order to send an email while the form is approved or denied then you need to set up an autoresponse email based on this.

    I've checked that the condition is configured correctly:

    It seems that it doesn't send the email because the Approve/Deny condition is never met while the Approval Status field is not filled.

    This issue is happening because this other condition is never met and don't allow the Approval status field to display:

    It should work by deactivating the second condition (show/hide).
