I used theme: Sleek for my form but the Autocompleted address and email

I used theme: Sleek for my form but the Autocompleted address and email verified widgets didn't change - how do I make those 2 widgets look the same as the rest of my form?

I'm afraid that widgets will not apply the changes brought by the theme that you selected since widgets load in separate iFrame which is a separate block from the rest of the form.
