I have upgraded my account as I am out of submissions, but still several hours later my forms are all still disabled. I not happy about this. It's having an impact on my business.

I checked your account and it currently shows as Gold. It looks like the upgrade did go through. Your forms should be active as the account is no longer showing over limit.
