We are getting the form emails but into our junk/spam folder

    Salve, inserendo l'indirizzo email di destinazione (indirizzo utilizzato tra l'altro per l'account) per le notifiche di invio form, queste arrivano ma passano subito in posta indesiderata. Ho già fatto la verifica ma il suddetto indirizzo non risulta nella vostra lista di indesiderati.

    Con un secondo form e altro indirizzo mail le notifiche arrivano correttamente.

    We highly recommend marking the emails as not spam instead of just moving them straight to your inbox. That would help Jotform whitelist to your account, and get the next emails to your inbox without any issue. 

    You are using Gmail, and we worked best with them. You may also consider creating a filter in Gmail to always move emails from Jotform to your inbox. That should do it;
