Created a form but it comes out upside down from the original layout.

    The small form i created comes out upside down from the way it was built https://form.jotform.com/90854469899179

     

    Also, I see that the embed option has been removed and replaced with "platforms" I have a webdesigner who writes everything in HTML, what code should I give her to embed.

    The small form i created comes out upside down from the way it was built — That's odd. Have you tried to re-position the field and see if it goes back to upside down layout?

    I see that the embed option has been removed and replaced with "platforms" — Normally, the script code under embed tab is what used to embed forms. May I know what platform are you embedding your form to?
