I would like to add a combo-box with a predefined list and the possibility to insert a new one, that the into the next time I compile the form the word are added to the list.
is possible?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to add a dropdown box in form where user can add a new option?

Yes it is possible. Please take a look at our "User Contributed Dropdown" widget and see if that fits into your requirement.
