When I add new question it not added as a column to Spreadsheet

hi, If im adding new question to the form it not added as a column automatically ? how can we hanldle this usecase?

I'm afraid that if you add new fields to your form, you will have to re-integrate your form with Spreadsheet. The data will remain.
