How can I edit the fields that need to be captured on the google spreadsheet after the form was updated?

To my understanding, you would like to know how you can edit a field (column) in Google Spreadsheet after you have updated that field in your form, is that correct?
We do not encourage our users to make even the slightest change on the sheet integrated with the form to prevent the integration to break.
Just to be safe, we suggest that you create a new Google Sheet integration if you need to change anything on the form.
