How to show / hide form field based on date?

Hi, I am trying to set up a condition where if the date is less than 3 years old of today's date it will show another field if not it will hide the other field. Is there any help. Thanks

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our form calculation widget to calculate the number days between two dates. You can then add condition in form to check the number of days and then show / hide another field.
