PDF reports taking so long to generate

    Hello, 

    is it normal for my pdf reports for my Peartree Application Form to take several minutes to generate? 


    There is two reasons why I ask. The first is that this is very long and I feel it may be an issue with my form that is not throwing an error within jotforms. 

    The second is that I am also having an issue with Zapier. The information going to zapier is very screwed up as well. 

    So I am not sure if there is simply a problem with my form. or if it is a problem with Zapier.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is correct also -- longer forms with a lot of contents will also take a while to generate the submission PDF Report template.

    In your case, actually the issue had to do also with Form Encryption being enabled on your form.

    PDF report feature will not work if Form Encryption is ON.

    You may have to turn-off Form Encryption if you want to use PDF Reports.
