I'm new to this and have been trying to export data to excel, but it only gives me the headings on the excel sheet, plus the submission date. None of the information on the form(s) comes through.

What am I doing wrong?

I did check your account and found that you have enabled "Europe Datacenter" to store the submission data. It seems another user shared forms with you but that account has "Europe Datacenter" not enabled. 

To fix the issue, I would suggest you to please uncheck "Europe Datacenter" option from your account >> data page and that will solve your problem. Please check the screenshot below:
