Notification email doesn't contain Name and Email fields.

I am not getting the name and email on my forms. The notification does not notify me of the data.

Could you please share the URL of the form so we can check? I performed a test submission on your form 92688933335167, I see the Name and Email fields are displaying correctly.

If the issue still persists, please delete the current notification email and create a new one.
