Looks like Jotform need to learn how to interact with their users. Earth to jotform your customers are trying to engage with you. Also, this help article is outdated.

I checked your account and see that it has only one card form. Upon checking, it seems the form is not redirecting to the external link that you have added.
To resolve the issue, please go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options and set the Send Post Data field to No.
