I am trying to include my logo in the autorespond email. I clicked on Insert Image and added it. I see it in my email template in the autoresponder form, but the image does not show up in the test emails. What am I doing wrong?

I cloned your form and tested it. I received thr autoresponder with your image. However, your logo is very pale. Perhaps, this is the reason why you do not see it.

Did you make a test submission or you clicked on the Test Email button?
