Why my account been suspended?

Your account was suspended because of ID Number phishing. Please note that it is not allowed to collect ID number and this violates our TOS, You can read it here:
If you do not collect this data from the general public, but from your own clients, you can collect ID numbers. You need to comply with two things:
1. You should add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your clients to read and agree.
2. You should add a Signature Widget. So, your clients can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
Please have in mind that it is only allowed to ask for ID numbers. You can not ask for any kind of file uploads for this document.
I noticed that you also collect bank information. This is also not allowed.
If you want to reactivate your account, we would need to delete the fields, which require bank information.
If you want to collect ID numbers, you should add the above widgets. Or we can just delete these fields.
Please tell us how to proceed.
