Unable to submit form

    When someone goes to my firm and fills it out ( I have had 2 different
    clients tell me this) There is no option to send the form when it is
    completed. I sent myself a test email. (This button is visible to me.) I
    get the email. When I try to go to the form and fill it out, and I get to
    the end of the form, there is a Captcha. When you fill in the captcha,
    nothing happens. I do NOT receive the email.

    As I checked this form on your account: https://form.jotform.com/200018359193149, I can't see a Submit button that a user can click to send the form.

    Please open the form in the Form Builder and add a Submit button after the Captcha field:
