I am designing an online checklist with 100's of questions. The use will choose if something is:

    (1) Satisfactory

    (2) Unsatifactory

    (3) N/A

If the result is Unsatisfactory the user is invited to write a comment to explain why and take a photo.

I understand how to set up the Conditional Logic to unhide the comment box and photo. What I am wondering is the most efficient way to have this work for multiple questions. Is is possible to set up a comment box and photo as a different section and then have the logic loop to that section only??

Hi, if you are looking to have a Comment Box and Photo Upload field for each question, then the only way is to create a condition per each question. So, it would be 100 conditions, each pointing to a separate Comment Box and Photo Upload field.

BDAVID WILL IT NOT WORK THAT IF INSTEAD BUILT ONE WITH A CONDITION SAY IT HAS

    -----

    1. ARE YOU COOL: Y / N > Y ASK FOR COMMENTS

    2. COMMENTS: APPEARS WHEN Y IS SELECTED

    -----

IF YOU THEN SELECTED FIELDS 1 & 2 AND DUPLICATED THEM WILL THAT CARRY THE CONDITION AS A DUPLICATION WITH IT...

THEN YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORD 'COOL' TO 'HOT' SO SAYS "ARE YOU HOT: Y/N

WOULD THE DUPLICATION CARRY THE CONDITION CLONES WITH IT AND THEN AUTO UPDATED WITH THE WORD COOL IS CHANGED TO HOT???

Unfortunately, the condition is not cloned when you clone the fields so you need to apply conditional logic to each field manually.
