I am interested in having one registration form that accepts credit cards but also where attendees can select a pay by check option. I have the Authorize.net payment widget enabled and set up. However, it doesn't look like I can add a purchase order widget for users to bypass the credit card option and mail a check. Does this mean I have to have two separate forms based on payment type? You can easily achieve this with JotForm. You can create multiple payment form.
